Avenue Plaza is a resort in New Orleans that re-opened after renovations with a new face. Fairfield Resorts wanted a new marketing package to showcase the beauty and amenities of the resort. The package included a 9x12 pocket folder, an eight-panel information brochure (shown here), as well as five 8.5x11 informational sheets. The photography is not mine, but the design is entirely original.
